The Bel Air Median Single Family Residence Prices are down 28% year over year. This clearly shows that there are some great buying opportunities before the end of the year. November 2013 the Median Sold price was $1,979,750.00 vs. November 2014 the median Sold price is $1,435,000.00 that is a drop of $544,750. Clearly once we look at the under contract numbers I would anticipate a spike in those numbers.
