Beverly Hills Sold properties are down by 12%
This would be the headline without discussion of the fact that Sales prices are up 41% as you saw in my previous blog post for your convenience I am enclosing it here for your review:
The entire picture is clear 26 Single Family homes sold in the month of November 2011 and 23 Single Family homes sold in the month of November 2013 so the reality is a small difference of 3 properties. That could have been delayed due to Appraisals being late or Lenders not moving at the pace we would like. The reality is that the Median Price was $2, 1019,250 in 2011 and in 2013 the Median Price was $2,840,000. This is clearly amazing, well here are the Charts and Statistics see it for yourself.
