Last weekend we had Carmaggedon II and  this weekend we have “Obamajam”

Those of us who live in the Greater Los Angeles, know we have many challenges moving from point A to point B due to too many vehicles and not having a good  enough Public Transportation System as an alternative to driving in the Greater Los Angeles Area. (But that is the topic for another post)

My purpose is a Public Service Announcement to let all of you who are planning to be on the Road tomorrow in the Greater Los Angeles, you might want to reconsider or find different ways to get to your destination.

President Obama will be back to Los Angeles on Sunday and will attend several fundraising events in Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles Police Department they are advising all motorists to stay away from the following neighborhoods, which the President’s Motorcade will be taking.

3:00pm – 5:00pm Sunset Blvd between Beverly Glen Blvd & Doheny Dr. N Whittier Dr between Sunset Blvd and Santa Monica Blvd.

5:00pm – 7:00pm Avenue of the Stars between Wilshire & Pico Blvd. Motor Ave between Pico Blvd and the 10 Freeway as well as Streets around  LA Live and the Nokia Center.

9:30pm – 11:30pm Motor Ave between national Blvd & Pico Blvd and Avenue of the Stars between Santa Monica Blvd and Pico Blvd.
