I have been shamed in to participate. I did one last September or so and it was not easy. Part of that made me a bit shy trying to do it again. One day there was no Internet at home… another day I had an unexpected Listing Presentation to go to and prepare for it. Then I had buyers who came into town for three days only to buy…. Anyway looking back there were quite a few stressful but interesting days to meet my commitment. So with that said, when I did accomplish my objective the feeling was very exhilarating. So I guess either I enjoy the difficulties or I just enjoy the final feeling of accomplishment. Either way thank you Charles for prodding me to join. With that said I am in.
