Last weekend we were at the festival of books. As most of you who know me or read my blog posts over the years know, that I am an avid Reader and Collect Books and try to get the authors to sign them. Keep in mind this might become a series of postJ (Too many subjects to cover in one blog post)

So with that said let me cover Security. This event was shortly after the Boston Marathon Terrorist act. The good news was I never felt as secure as this event in a long time.

First the University of Southern California (USC) is a closed campus. Once you come on the campus there is security everywhere. This year was no exceptions outside of the fact that it was visibly stronger. Campus Police augmented by Los Angeles Police was clearly visible. Police on Bicycles, Police on Segways, Police of Foot, Police in Patrol vehicles, Police on Horses.

Well needless to say there were no incidents to report accepted that Security was super high and no incidents occurred.
