Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties presented me with a gift!

I have always heard it is better to give than to receive. Well let me tell you something I was so surprised. I walked into my office in Beverly Hills, CA and the Office Manger said to me: Endre so nice to see you, did you get your present? Clearly I had no idea, evidently the owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties decided to give every one of his Realtors a Bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon and a Business Card Holder.

What a nice touch since the Company Colors are Cabernet, how many managers and owners would do that? First of all, most of you know I love wine, specifically red wine. I thought this was so nice and truly a great surprise. I found in my 19+ years in Real Estate usually Realtors give gifts to their managers or to their owners, not the other way around.

Generally owners & managers throw a Holiday Party and once in a while get you to go to a function or two where the Realtors get together but never giving gifts. Now just to clarify every agent in my Office received this. I did not take a survey, but I am sure I am not the only one who feels good about this. It was truly a pleasant surprise.
