The Multiple Listing service has come up with a great new Tool for Realtors. Daily Market Snap Shot. Previously if a Realtor wanted to know what the daily snapshot was that Realtor needed to do some work that might have taken hours to figure out. Now we can just look at the Daily Market Snap Shot and determine instantly what is on the market? What is Back on the Market? What properties have price Increases? What properties have price reductions? I could go on and on. Instead here is the actual snap shot for today for your viewing:
