Los Angeles: City Of Angels!
Los Angeles has a population of approximately 3.8 million inhabitants. This figure alone makes it the second most populous city in the United States after New York City. The city is on almost 500 square miles of land which makes it the largest city based on land size in the United States.
When you see these pictures of downtown, this is what you imagine from a large metropolis, a great downtown Skyline. Some of you who have been reading my Real Estate Blog over a period of time know that I have been featuring many different facets of this great city.
Los Angeles was founded on September 4th, 1781 by the Spanish Governor Felipe de Neve. After the 1848 Mexican American war Los Angeles and California became part of the United States. Shortly thereafter on April 4th 1850 Los Angeles was incorporated as a municipality.
