If you thought that Pirates only existed in the 1800’s, or in books, or on the big screen, well I am here to disprove that Theory. Diane and I were walking around the Pier at King Harbor this past Sunday and we were totally amazed. Yes there really are pirates. They say a picture is worth a 1000 words, well check these pictures out.
As a Realtor I am wondering what this will do to the Ocean View Condominiums and Ocean view Homes values nearby, if word gets out. If you want to know what this has done to the values as well, please reach out and I will be able to the Market Analysis for you.
I have heard that some pirates have also landed in Marina Del Rey CA. I will have to investigate in the near future.
