Most people drive by this fantastic townhome community on their daily commute to other parts of Los Angeles and do not even think about checking out this hidden diamond in the Marina Del Rey Condominium Community.
What makes this community so special is that it consists of 18 independent villas, consisting of 685 Townhouse style condominium units. They were built in 1966 and went under the radar for many of the buyers for various reasons. One reason was that this community is not on the beach and many buyers passed it by.
The community has mature tree lined street sand each of the 18 villas is very lushly landscaped and they each have their own community pools. The best of both world, having your own virtually private pool and your maintenance and upkeep is shared by your 12 nearest neighbors.
