 Most people knew him of the 7 habits of highly effective people. My favorite book of his was the “Principle Centered Leadership”.

 If you have not read it, I encourage you to do so. It is a great book for people who have dilemmas such as: How do I balance personal and professional areas of life in the middle of constant crises and pressures? If that does not sound like Real Estate day to day, I am not sure what does. There are many other great ideas that he has in the book. Many people would learn great ideas from him.
