This seems like an easy question with an easy answer. Guess what, I agree it is an easy question and the answer is equally easy. Well at least to me it is, so all you need to do is follow these easy steps:
1. Find a Buyers
2. Get top $ (Dollar) for their home
3. Sell the home in a reasonably quick time
4. Negotiate with the buyer and the buyer’s agent to make the sale go smooth
5. Be present at the inspections and help the seller with the back end negotiations & the paperwork.
6. Help the seller prepare the house to achieve the above six, make the house ready for a sale.
7. Keep the seller informed.
8. Have a great marketing plan ready to show and present.
I guarantee if you do the above eight points, you will have a happy seller. Also you will get the listing if you can assure the potential seller that these are the same objectives you are going to accomplish!
